【业余厨子】烤排骨

料1(dry ingredients )

排骨两大片 (如果只烤一片,料可以减少,但是水不能减,liquid 不够多会糊的)

1/4 cup paparika 

1/4 cup garlic powder 

Optional: 1/2 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp salt

2 tsp black pepper 

排骨去衣,把料1所有的东西放一个碗里拌匀, 均匀抹在排骨表面上.

放一个大盘子里, 盖上保鲜膜, 放冰箱腌一到两天.

Remove membrane from the baby back ribs the back of the rack. Place in a 8″x12″ glass baking dish, and coat both sides evenly with the dry ingredients. Cover with food wrap and store in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours.

料2(wet ingredients)

1 cup soy sauce 万字酱油

1/2 cup dark soy sauce 红烧酱油

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 

2 tbsp brown sugar 

2 cloves of garlic, minced 

2 cups water

把料2都放碗里拌匀, 浇在排骨上面.

烤箱预热375F. 排骨盘子用锡纸包严实,

Preheat oven to 375F. Remove food wrap and add all liquid sauces. Cover with aluminium foil and press firmly on all edges.

放入烤箱烤1个半小时. : Bake at 375F for 1 and half hours

打开锡纸,给排骨翻一下接着烤15分钟. Flip the ribs over and bake for another 15 minutes. Add small amount of boiling water if necessary.

顺着骨头切开。 Cut between bones before serving.
